Tracy Xiong-Morel

Tracy is an evidence-based HR practitioner with diverse people experience including business partnership, talent management, people analytics, recruiting, and employee experience. She is motivated by a strong desire to add tangible value through people insights, strategy, and practical high-impact solutions. Tracy is currently the Director and Head of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness at Gore Mutual Insurance. She holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
