Javier has been with ATB for 5 years and currently is the Managing Director of P&C Data and Human Insights. Javier is responsible for setting the strategic vision and leading the efforts on People Analytics and Team Member Experience Management. The goal is to deliver actionable insights and predictive models for critical decision making. Recently he led the development and deployment of the Cultural Health Index (CHI) ATB’s new Human Capital KPI. He is now focusing on developing the tools, operating models and governance frameworks to enable Self Service Insights about ATB’s Workforce and TM Experience while setting the way for ATB to become a thought leader in People Analytics.
Prior to ATB, Javier’s experience ranges from technical teams in the Oil & Gas industry, Business Development in Research Funding Agencies to Academic research in the fields of Nanotechnology, Machine Learning and Quantum Mechanics. Javier holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry, a MSc in Computational Sciences and a BSc in Chemistry.
