I work at the intersection of culture, leadership, and complexity, helping organizations create environments where people can do meaningful, sustainable work.
With more than 25 years across retail, global travel and tourism, and international law, I’ve learned that culture isn’t a program—it’s how decisions are made, how leaders show up under pressure, and how work actually gets done.
At Gowling WLG, I lead People & Culture, talent acquisition, and alumni relations nationally, with a focus on modernizing the people lifecycle and equipping leaders to navigate complexity with clarity and humanity.
I hold a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and am also a performing musician and songwriter. Both continue to shape how I approach leadership: with structure, presence, and deep listening.
