Jake Akstins

Jake Akstins (Axe-Tinz), ACAS is currently serving as Director, People + Corporate Services Analytics at Visa and represents his team on the Global People Analytics and Inclusion leadership teams. In this role, Jake & his team lead reporting & strategic consultancy for Inclusion, Learning, Volunteering & Giving, Safety & Security, and Real Estate. This includes helping leaders set & measure OKRs, trend analysis & storytelling, building dashboards, and advising on data governance from platforms like Workday, Benevity, Kiva, LearnUpon, and Degreed. Jake is a credentialed Actuary with experience in Insurance Pricing, Reserving, and Systems Management and co-founded the Sexuality and Gender Actuarial Alliance of Actuaries (SAGAA), serving as inaugural President for two years.
