Konstantin Tskhay

Konstantin is a Managing Partner and a Founder of Tskhay and Associates, Inc. Inspired by working with many clients as a management consultant at Deloitte and later as a Chief of Staff and an HR leader at a successful education technology start-up, Top Hat, Konstantin started a boutique consulting firm, squarely focused on helping organizations use their people data to drive retention, engagement, and performance.

Konstantin has worked with clients across financial services, consumer goods, manufacturing, energy and resources, and public services sectors, helping them with leadership strategy and assessments, diversity and inclusion, and general HR programming. In addition to that, as an operational leader, Konstantin established several effective talent management and measurement programs consistently used across the organization today, driving a 31% improvement in retention and a 37% improvement in engagement in only 18 months.

He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Toronto, writes a weekly Strategic People Analytics newsletter, and teaches people analytics in his online course, Practical People Analytics.
