At Prudential Financial, I served as a thought leader in their Organizational Design practice where I operationalized a “Future of Work” operating model enabling their 3-year enterprise transformation. In 2023 I led Northwestern Mutual’s Strategic Workforce Planning capability to assess workforce impacts of their Digital Transformation. More recently I joined Mars as a Global Leader in Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Design. I am a proven expert in aligning people, processes and technology to increase organizational effectiveness, agility and employee engagement.
