Ashlyn Patterson, PhD

Ashlyn Patterson is the Associate Director of People Analytics & Insights at OMERS, one of the largest defined benefit pension plans in Canada. Ashlyn leads a team of research and analytics experts focused on empowering leaders with data-driven insights about their people to inform decision making from hire to retire. This includes building and executing our global employee listening strategy and leading our HR reporting strategy, focused on elevating key metrics such as turnover, employee movement, and hiring activity. Prior to joining OMERS, Ashlyn worked at Rogers Communications and previously received a Master of Arts and PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph. Her research has been published in book chapters and academic journals and presented at conferences in Canada, the US, and Europe.
