Amardeep Singh is a seasoned People Analytics transformational leader with an extensive 19-year career that spans diverse sectors, including consulting, retail, manufacturing, investment management, engineering, and even the public sector. His wealth of experience also extends to management consulting, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics across various industries.

With a deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), Amar has garnered recognition for his recent paper addressing the intricate challenges faced by organizations in quantifying diversity and inclusion.
