ABOUT JORDAN

I’m a Strategy & Operations lead in People Analytics with 8+ years of progressive experience across corporate technology, HR, and strategy, supported by a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. My work sits at the intersection of people, technology, and systems inside large, complex organizations.

I operate in the in-between spaces translating insight into execution, navigating ambiguity, and helping teams move forward when the path isn’t fully defined. I’m especially interested in how decisions are made in practice, how credibility is built over time, and how thoughtful systems enable better work.

Outside of my day-to-day role, I speak with students, early-career professionals, and organizations about careers in I/O psychology, people analytics, and corporate tech, as well as leadership, confidence, and growth. I’ve spoken at Wayne State University, Texas A&M, University of Houston, NYU, Hampton University, and within organizations such as SIOP, the Society of People Analytics and corporate environments, including HP.

I also write Always in Beta, a space for reflections on work, systems, and becoming, where I share lessons learned while building in real time.

I’m open to speaking engagements, panels, workshops, and conversations that sit at the intersection of work, leadership, and thoughtful execution.
