As the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, I am responsible for aligning the organization’s talent strategy with its business goals and objectives. I lead a team of professionals who provide expertise in workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement surveys, organizational change management, Workday strategy, and talent acquisition.
I have over 20 years of experience in HR and technology, spanning various industries and roles. I co-founded the Central Arkansas Leadership Development Forum (CALDF), a network of high-caliber peers who share best practices and insights on employee and leadership development.
My mission is to leverage my knowledge and skills to increase the impact and value of human capital at my organization and beyond.
