Phil Schrader

Phil Schrader has been working in HR, Recruiting Technology, and Analytics for over 15 years. Prior to that he received his master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.

Phil works at One Model where he leads the Sales and Solution Architecture team. Over the past 6+ years he has worked across all areas of our business and had the pleasure of speaking with hundreds of organizations about what they are looking to accomplish with people analytics.

Phil lives in Dallas, Texas with my wife, three kids, and nine chickens.
