Lisa Chen is a Senior HR Data Engineer at 1Password, where she combines her data expertise with HR insights to empower leaders to make informed decisions about their most important asset – their people. Her career began in management consulting, where she focusing on analytics strategy and implementation for some of Canada’s leading companies in retail and financial services. She then transitioned to early and mid-stage startups, where she played a pivotal role in setting up analytics infrastructure and establishing data best practices to enable hypergrowth. Her empathetic approach to People Analytics enables HR practitioners to use qualitative information to influence stakeholders, while keeping humans at the heart of every decision.
