Heidi Klotz

Heidi Klotz currently holds the position of Vice-President, Total Rewards of the Americas region for AtkinsRéalis (formerly SNC-Lavalin). Heidi graduated in 2021 from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University with a Master of Management Analytics (MMA) where she focused her work on leveraging analytics and AI to help organizations achieve their diversity and inclusion goals. She has over 15 years’ experience in Total Rewards and working with HR data and analytics across a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, toy design and manufacturing and fashion retail. Heidi has written articles and appeared in podcasts to discuss her vision and passion for People Analytics. She was named one of 10 extraordinary analytics and AI professionals to have graduated from the MMA and MMAI programs at Queen’s University.
