Dr. Max Bakkaloglu

Dr. Max is a servant leader with extensive experience developing and executing people systems and analytics solutions. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of People Analytics & Technologies at Arc’teryx, she leads global teams in crafting data-driven strategies and implementing technological innovation across the company. 

In her prior roles as the Head of People Analytics and HR Technologies Product Manager at GE, Dr. Max spent several years building and leading global teams, collaborating closely with departments such as Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, and Finance. Her strategic contributions included enhancing analytics maturity, conducting Strategic Workforce Planning, solving complex business problems through data-driven approaches, and building data governance and structures. 

With a solid academic foundation in Organizational Behavior, Dr. Max brings a unique blend of insights and practical expertise. Passionate about driving positive change through data, she is eager to explore new opportunities at the intersection of Organizational Behavior, People Analytics, and HR strategy.
