In his current role at Wolseley Canada, Steven is responsible for implementing Wolseley’s talent roadmap, including talent acquisition, learning & development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and the company’s HRIS platform. A former Captain in the Canadian Army, Steven holds a Bachelor and a Master’s degree from Royal Military College of Canada.
