Nicole Crutcher

Director, Strategic Planning Division, Strategic Business Integration Directorate, Human Resources Branch,

Nicole began her career in the public service in 2000. She has spent the bulk of her career working in research and statistics groups within the criminal justice portfolio; eight years with the Correctional Service of Canada and seven years with the Department of Justice Canada. In 2014, Nicole joined the CRA as the Director of Business Statistics in the Service, Integration and Innovation Branch and in 2017, joined the Human Resources Branch as the Director of Strategic Planning where she is responsible for corporate workforce planning, reporting, data and surveys as well as workforce adjustment. Nicole has undergraduate degrees in Psychology (Brock University) and Legal Studies (Carleton University) and a Master’s degree in Legal Studies (Carleton).
