Monica Garamszeghy (she/her) is currently Vice President, Global Specialized HR Services for Scotiabank. In her role she leads the teams responsible for governing HR data, managing risk and regulatory compliance for the HR function, the delivery of HR projects and change initiatives, including change management and communication support, and enabling the business with actionable insights from workforce data.
A curious and passionate HR leader, Monica has more than 30 years of experience driving business outcomes at Scotiabank. Most of her career has been in progressively senior positions in Human Resources, complemented by roles in retail banking, operations, branding and strategy. She loves complex issues and helping others succeed.
