Managing Consultant

Elise Golanowski is a Managing Consultant with ServiceNow, and enjoys working collaboratively with Habanero team members and clients to maximize employee experience leveraging modern technologies by uncovering opportunities for improvement, automation and evolution in current state workflows and processes. She works with clients to determine how organizations can use ServiceNow workflows most effectively and augment tie-ins and dependencies within the Microsoft Suite with the ultimate goal of building highly adopted, user-friendly solutions leveraging information architecture, analytics, and governance.

Prior to joining Habanero, Elise worked as an independent consultant facilitating digital transformation and data migration projects, most recently completing a program with a Calgary-based utilities company. Born and raised in Calgary, Elise has a Communications degree from Mount Royal University and is keen on all things O365. Elise loves spending time with her husband and daughter, getting outdoors and enjoying the mountains, curling up with her latest book, listening to music, traveling and cooking.
