Dr. Anderson is head of global organization design and people & talent insights at Oracle. He is the author or editor of four books, including the bestselling text Organization Development: The Process of Leading Organizational Change (5th ed, Sage Publications, 2019). His most recent book, Organization Design: Creating Strategic & Agile Organizations, was published in July 2018. Dr. Anderson has also published a number of articles on organizational change. He teaches at the University of Denver and University of Colorado, Boulder.
