Curtis Hampton is a Principal Data Scientist at Workday on the People Analytics and Insights team. Curtis’ team sits within the HR department and provides analytic insight to help inform strategy priorities for Workday overall. His main areas of research focus on (1) understanding how employee sentiment evolves throughout an employee’s time at Workday, and (2) uncovering the digital collaboration patterns that contribute to employees feeling engaged and productive in their role.
