Chris Lovato, Ph.D., has served as Medtronic’s Human Capital Insights (HCI) Director since 2019. His team is responsible for HR analytics consulting, predictive and advanced analytics, employee listening systems, 360 feedback, assessments for selection, and people research. Dr. Lovato has over 25 years of experience in people analytics, organization effectiveness, selection, survey design, competency modeling, HR metrics, and artificial intelligence applications for HR across organizations such as IBM Watson Talent, The Home Depot, and United Airlines. Dr. Lovato holds a doctorate, master’s and bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Colorado State University.
