Brett Agypt, Ph.D., currently leads Cox Automotive’s People Analytics function as the Senior Director of Global People Analytics, Measurement, and Insights, where he partners daily with HR and business leaders to identify talent-related challenges and generate data-driven insights and best practices to inform their human capital decisions. Before joining Cox Automotive, Brett played a dual role at Voya Financial, leading the Workforce Analytics team as well as all OD initiatives across the firm, and prior to that served as Research Director for CEB’s (now Gartner’s) HR Practice. Brett’s love of the Chicago Cubs is surpassed only by his love for his wife and three children.
Brett earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Science and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as a B.A. in Psychology at Butler University.
