Ross is an expert and thought leader in the fields of Human Capital Strategy & Talent Analytics. Andrew leads the Engineering Workforce Data Insights organization with the charter of enabling data driven HR decisions to be made in the Engineering groups across Microsoft. Alissa Barton is currently Director, Human Capital Planning at provincial government agency, Infrastructure Ontario. Everyday Alissa gets to engage her passion to change the workplace for the better. Her role includes managing a team responsible for analytics, HR tools and systems, health and safety and other innovative change practices and programs.
